Description
The Forged Sebra Sharpening Steel is a sharpening steel designed to properly maintain your Forged Sebra knives and keep them sharp. The sharpening steel is handcrafted from Japanese 440C steel and features a handle made of Dalbergia melanoxylon wood, making it very sturdy and durable. The sharpening steel ensures that burrs on your knife’s cutting edge are moved toward the edge. This helps keep your knife sharp. All you have to do is run the entire blade of your knife back and forth along the sharpening steel. For best results, run the front of the blade along the sharpening steel twice as often. However, it’s important to always hold the knife at the same angle. The sharpening steel is 26 cm long, weighs 430 grams, comes packaged in a luxurious wooden box, and includes a 10-year warranty.
