The CONTINENTAL EDISON CEFR3BLK electric deep fryer combines performance, safety, and convenience for perfectly cooked fried foods. With a power rating of 2000 W, it heats up quickly and efficiently fries French fries, nuggets, vegetables, fish, and meat. Its 3-liter enameled bowl holds up to 600 g of food, making it ideal for 3 to 4 people. Its compact and elegant black design fits easily into any kitchen. The lid with a viewing window lets you monitor the cooking process without splattering, while the frying basket with a removable handle ensures safe handling. Thanks to cold zone technology, food residue doesn’t burn, extending the oil’s lifespan. The fryer is equipped with an adjustable thermostat ranging from 130 to 190 °C, an immersion heating element, an overheat protection system, and a control panel with a dual sensor for precise cooking. It also features a cord storage compartment, non-slip feet, and an indicator light. Easy to clean, the bowl and lid are removable and dishwasher-safe. It comes with an instruction manual and is ready to use right out of the box.
