The 25.5 cm Katai butcher's knife from the premium Forged brand is a magnificent butcher's knife inspired by undulating shapes. The butcher's knife is entirely hand-forged from five layers of Japanese VG10 steel, with the blade featuring a beautiful design that extends into the handle. The blade has been given an additional finish using a very fine hammer for a refined look. The handle is made of burl wood, which is first filled with hard material, then pressed and shaped. This makes each handle unique in terms of finish, color, size, and wood grain. This butcher’s knife has a truly one-of-a-kind appearance. The butcher’s knife has a Rockwell hardness of 60, a blade length of 25.5 cm, a blade thickness of 2 mm, and a 18-degree sharpening angle for perfect results and ease of use. Finally, the butcher’s knife comes with a 10-year warranty and is packaged in a luxurious wooden box.
