Description
The Forged brand knife set is an elegant 3-piece set of knives crafted with pure artistry. The set is made of Japanese 440C steel and is hand-forged by a blacksmith passionate about his craft. This knife set is therefore very sturdy and durable, with a Rockwell hardness of 58. It also features an open-hewn design, where the blade and handle are hammered after being heated, the handle is folded, and the blade is left unpolished. This creates a very traditional look where the forging marks are visible, making each knife unique. The knife set has a blade thickness of 2 mm and an 18-degree sharpening angle for excellent results. Finally, the knife set comes with a 10-year warranty and is packaged in a luxurious wooden box. This set includes 1 x 20.5 cm Forged Brute chef’s knife, 1 x 17.5 cm cleaver, and 1 x 12.5 cm utility knife.
