The chef's knife is hand-forged from Japanese 440C steel and features a beautiful handle made of Dalbergia melanoxylon. This is a dark African wood known as Sebra, which is why this series is named Sebra. The chef’s knife exudes a chic warmth thanks to the handle, combined with the beautiful hammered blade and the subtle red detail on the bolster, giving it a unique and attractive appearance. The chef’s knife has a Rockwell hardness of 58, a blade length of 20.5 cm, a blade thickness of 2 mm, and a 18-degree sharpening angle for perfect results. Finally, the chef’s knife comes with a 10-year warranty and is packaged in a luxurious wooden box.
