This enameled mussel pot is also perfect for preparing shellfish like clams, cockles, or razor clams, or for serving fish soup such as Breton cotriade. With a diameter of 20.5 cm, this individual mussel pot has a capacity of about 3 liters. Made of enameled carbon steel, it’s both attractive and sturdy. Thanks to its lid, it steams your shellfish and retains heat. It is compatible with all stovetops except induction and should be washed by hand. Just like in a restaurant, its side handles make it easy to carry from the kitchen to the table. Each guest can enjoy the shellfish before discarding the empty shells into the lid.
